Join me, Tom Corless, and a cast including Jason Diffendal, Anthony Yacullo, Banks Lee, and Scott Smith for a variety show dedicated to the Walt Disney World Resort and its many fans. Plenty of Walt Disney World information and fun awaits you on this “Silver Screen″ edition of the WDW News Today Podcast!!!
To kick off this week’s show, we have the return of “The Golden Age”. In this controversial discussion featuring Future World Central at Epcot, we will continue our quest land by land, area by area, and space by space, throughout the Vacation Kingdom to find what is truly the Golden Age of the entire Walt Disney World Resort.
Following that, to wrap up this week’s show, we have another edition of Town Square Talk with Mayor Justin Heyman. Filling in for an absent Justin heyman will be Jason Diffendal as we give you information on two great upcoming events, one at both the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts.
If you would like to contact us with any questions, suggestions, comments, or concerns you can email us at wdwnewstoday@gmail.com or leave us a voicemail message at (206)-666-2982.

I originally wanted to start this thread to make my own pick for "the golden age" but first I think I'll just list the reasons it is hard for me to choose:
1. I LIKED the Pasta Piazza Ristorante and its Mikey shaped pizzas.
2. I have NEVER spent enough time in the various incarnations of Innoventions (Communicore was before my WDW time), even though I would like to try the experiences here, it has simply suffered from all the other great things there are to choose from in a day at Epcot.
3. I LIKE the new Spaceship Earth, in fact I think a lot of the added scenes are great, and what's more the post-show area I think is FAR superior to an previous version of it that I had experienced, I think it (Referring to the post show area here) is much more fun now.
4. As for the wand I did not hate it either, though I'm afraid I do want to see the Leave a Legacy area GO AWAY!
5. One final thing figures into my equation and that is the fact that there used to be a LOT more live entertainment in this area including my favorite retired WDW group the Future Corps ! ( You guys didn't even mention them did you!)
So with all that In mind I'm going to have to pick 1994 where I can have my Mickey Shaped Pizza, and take in a set of the Future corp, recording it on the latest in modern recording technology the Mini disc.
