The upload process with an FTP client is a bit challenging for those not sure how files move. While Filezilla is a popular FTP program, I had a lot of problems with it timing out. I had better luck with Core FTP.

PS....Matt Paul's excellent videos will make a lot of other people (me included) say "why bother". They are just that good. Best Disney park (and Expo) videos I have ever seen outside of the company produced dribble.

You don't have to use FileZilla, you can use whatever FTP program you think works best.
