Robert Ashburn's 3/19/09 Epcot Report
Our good friend Robert Ashburn of Figmentsmedia.net has provided us with many pictures from his trip to Epcot during the first day of the 2009 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. Let’s take a look at many of them: The “Cinderellabration” topiary welcomes guests near the entrance. It is certainly better than the former show of the same name This year’s festival is themed to Celebrations, much like the entire resort. It is also presented by Disney Nature and the film “Earth”

General Motors Hitting the ABS Breaks on Test Track?
The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that General Motors may be terminating their 10- year sponsorship of Test Track at Epcot. This would bring about the end of an almost 27 year partnership between GM and WDW that dates back to the 1982 sponsorship of the World of Motion: One of Walt Disney World’s marquee sponsorship deals is in jeopardy. Struggling U.S. auto giant General Motors Corp. is considering pulling out as sponsor of Test Track, the high-speed Epcot attraction among the most popular rides in all of Disney World. Supersonic Celebration Comes to Life
As we draw closer to it’s debut next month, more details on the new “Stitch’s Supersonic Celebration” show in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom.
