Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure to Replace Kim Possible at Epcot
In an interview with TravelWeekly.com recently, Disney Parks chairman Tom Staggs was asked… Q: A number of the park rides are based on movies. How about the Disney Channel shows? To which he responded… A: We have an interactive experience based around Kim Possible in Epcot and will be converting it to one developed around Phineas and Ferb. It’s possible that we could see other attractions that are hard assets, but we do think about what their life cycle will be. First Look at the 2012 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival
WDWNT Reporter Melissa Weber stopped by Epcot earlier today to find that the park is just about ready for the Flower and Garden Festival which officially begins tomorrow: Everything hasn’t completely grown in yet, but the Fantasia display already looks spectacular This might be my favorite display ever! Disney Gives First Look at Innoventions’ Habit Heroes
From Jennifer Fickley-Baker on the Disney Parks Blog: A new interactive exhibit, Habit Heroes presented by Florida Blue and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, debuted at Innoventions at Epcot today. This new experience encourages children of all ages to learn healthy lifestyle habits and become more active. Guests can join forces with Habit Heroes Will Power and Callie Stenics to fight off villains like Sweet Tooth and The Snacker. Two Habit Heroes even made a special in-person appearance today for the kick-off of the exhibit. Can’t make it to Epcot? Kids can visit www.HabitHeroes.com to create their own avatar and learn how to fight bad habits.
Concept Art & Details on Innoventions VISION House Revealed
Inspired by Green Builder Media’s VISION House demonstration home series, the experiential exhibit will highlight the major themes of whole-home automation, energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environment quality, security, multi-generational design, and durability. Visitors will learn that each house is a set of interactive systems, and that proper management of those systems will maximize comfort and minimize operational costs.
