My family is traveling to WDW the week of January 5th 2013. When will the ADR be available for “Be Our Guest Restaurant”?

I have a feeling (by looking at all the concept art) that Seven Dwaves Mine Train is going to be “underground” or at least in a giant show building of some form. I think they are currently building the ride system and tracks and when that is finished the EXTERIOR building will be built around it and probably eventually covered with ‘hillsides and trees’. Similar to what was done with the BeOurGuest building and Mermaid. Almost EXACTLY what was done with Everest.
I think most of Fantasyland will be BEHIND Seven Dwarves when it’s all finished. That would be something that would take an extra year or so…

So…if all these things are going to open Holiday 2012 (which I interpret to be December-ish) my big question is why the Seven Dwarves Mine Ride is not going to open until 2014. That would be more than a year after everything else opens. Why is it going to take that long and not open in Summer 2013? Does anyone know why it’s going to take a year and a half to build this one attraction?
